From September 22, 2025 to September 26, 2025, the Hang Xanh Traffic Police Team recorded and sent a notice of violation to the owner of the violating vehicle "Entering a road with a sign prohibiting entry for the type of vehicle being driven" in the Pham Van Dong level crossing area, Hanh Thong ward. The police requested the vehicle owner to come to the Hang Xanh Traffic Police Team to coordinate in handling the violation, at the same time stopping the violation, raising awareness of law compliance when participating in traffic.
Pursuant to Article 7 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, the act of driving a motorbike or motorbike entering a prohibited area or a road with a sign prohibiting entry for the type of vehicle being driven shall be subject to a fine of VND 2,000,000 to VND 3,000,000 and a deduction of 2 points from the driving license.
