The Hang Xanh Traffic Police Team has stepped up the handling of violations through images for this violation, in order to strictly handle violations while limiting the impact on normal traffic activities of people.
At Point a, Clause 7, Article 7 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, it is stipulated that the act of driving motorbikes and mopeds on the sidewalk will be subject to a fine of VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000 and will result in 02 points deducted from the driving license.
In addition, vehicles that stop or park in violation of regulations and cause traffic obstruction are also recorded by the Traffic Police and sent to violation notices for strict handling according to regulations.
