For cars: Driving at a high speed reduces visibility, increases braking distance, easily causes series of collisions and serious accidents on highways and national highways.
For motorbikes and mopeds: When speeding, the driver is likely to lose control, slide, and have a much higher risk of death or serious injury than a car.
All vehicles: Speeding not only threatens the life of the driver but also endangers the surrounding traffic participants.
The Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police recommends that vehicle owners in the above list quickly contact to resolve the issue according to the provisions of law.
Everyone should voluntarily follow the safe speed for themselves, for their family and for the community.
