Mr. Pham Van Thinh - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province has just signed a Decision approving the adjustment of the investment policy of the project "My Do New Urban Area, Bac Giang City" (now Da Mai Ward, Bac Ninh Province).
According to the decision, the total investment capital of the project after adjustment is more than 195 billion VND.
In which: the minimum equity of the investor is more than VND 39 billion; other legally mobilized capital is more than VND 156 billion.
The project's operation period: 25 years from the time of project investment approval (from March 2017 to March 2042).
Project implementation progress (for rough construction, completing the frontage of 54 plots of land): Complete the investment in the construction of all plots of land that must be roughly constructed of the project, accept and put into use in February 2027.
The Provincial People's Committee Office, the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, the Bac Ninh Provincial Urban Development and Civil Project Management Board No. 1, the People's Committee of Da Mai Ward, Hanoi Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company and related units are responsible for implementing this decision.
According to the reporter's investigation, the My Do Vista City project is invested by Hanoi Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company.
The project has a scale of more than 10 hectares, located in Da Mai ward, Bac Ninh province.
Once promoted as a model urban area, but recently, many customers buying land at the project have fallen into the situation of "having land but not being able to build a house", because the land has no electricity or water.
Not only problems with infrastructure, many other people who buy land in the My Do new urban area project have also fallen into a situation where they have paid almost all of the land lot value, and there are even cases where the investor has signed a transfer contract but has not yet been granted a land use right certificate.
In response to people's feedback, on July 30, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Pham Van Thinh held a working session to resolve problems at the My Do Vista City project.
After listening to the opinions of households, reports of investors and departments, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Van Thinh requested investors to proactively repair and construct complete power and water lines according to the design to ensure completion of conditions so that people can start building houses.
