Cau Nghin Traffic Police Station (Traffic Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police) said that the unit had fined driver T.I.H (born in 1980, residing in Nam Tien village, Le Quy Don commune, Hung Yen province).
The car with license plate 89F-001.18 violated the prescribed lane violation at km74, National Highway 39, passing through Dong Hung Commune, Hung Yen Province.
The above behavior violates Point b, Clause 5, Article 6, Decree No. 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of road traffic.
Based on regulations, Cau Nghin Traffic Police Station has drawn up a record and issued a decision on administrative sanctions according to its authority, contributing to raising awareness of traffic law compliance of vehicle drivers.
Previously, Bac Ninh Police announced the list of fines from October 17 to October 26. Among these, many drivers do not comply with road markings, which can easily lead to traffic conflicts, especially in crowded areas, affecting the safety of themselves and others. The list is as follows:

According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, car drivers will be fined VND400,000-600,000 for not complying with the commands and instructions of traffic signs and road markings.
Fines of VND 600,000 - 800,000 for drivers who violate the law by changing lanes in the wrong places or without warning signals or changing lanes incorrectly according to the regulation "each lane change is only allowed to change to one adjacent lane".
If the car driver drives the wrong way and causes a traffic accident, he/she will be fined 20-22 million VND and have 10 points deducted from his/her driving license. With the above penalty, drivers need to pay close attention to the mistake of driving in the wrong lane and not complying with signs and road markings.
Motorcyclists who violate this violation will be fined from 200,000 VND to 400,000 VND. In addition, motorbike drivers will be fined from VND 10,000,000 to VND 14,000,000 for the violation of crossing the line that causes an accident.
