According to the report of the Traffic Police Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police), from October 20 to October 26, through exploiting the surveillance camera system and using professional equipment, the traffic police force recorded 14 cases of vehicles violating the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety being fined.
Of which, 8 cases of red light violations are as follows:
Previously, on October 28, the Traffic Police Department of Bac Ninh Provincial Police announced a list of cases of traffic safety violations detected through the surveillance camera system and technical equipment.
Accordingly, Bac Ninh police have fined 44 cases of cars running red lights as follows:

People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND).
