The Traffic Police Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police, has just compiled and publicized 612 cases of traffic safety violations, through the surveillance camera system and technical equipment, from October 17 to 26.
Of which, 144 cases violated the speed limit. The list is as follows:

The Traffic Police Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police, recommends that vehicle owners and drivers contact the Traffic Police Department, Provincial Police, to resolve violations according to regulations.
The fine for speeding according to the new regulations under Decree 168/2024/ND-CP is as follows:
Driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit from 05 km/h to less than 10 km/h: Fine from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND.
Driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit from 10 km/h to 20 km/h: Fine from VND 4,000,000 to VND 6,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 2 points deducted from the driver's license.
Driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit from 20 km/h to 35 km/h: Fine from VND 6,000,000 to VND 8,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 4 points deducted from the driver's license.
Driving a car at a speed exceeding the prescribed speed limit by more than 35 km/h: Fine from VND 12,000,000 to VND 14,000,000; at the same time, the violator will have 6 points deducted from the driver's license.
The fine for speeding motorcyclists prescribed in Decree 168/2024/ND-CP is as follows:
Driving at a speed exceeding 05 km/h to under 10 km/h will be fined from 400,000 VND to 600,000 VND, with no deduction of driving license points.
Driving at a speed exceeding 10 km/h to under 20 km/h will be fined from 800,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND, with no deduction of points for driving licenses.
Driving at a speed of over 20km/h will be fined from VND 6,000,000 to VND 8,000,000, and have 04 points deducted from the driver's license.
