An Giang Police announced that from May 21, 2025 to May 31, 2025, the police will impose fines on the following vehicle owners who do not drive in the correct direction on the road specified in the violation location: Km 61, National Highway 91, My Binh Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province:
Bac Ninh police said, from 17.3.2025 to 11.5.2025, the police discovered and cooled the following vehicles without obeying the order and instructions of the road line: 14D-017.03; 19C-202.60; 21C-078.29; 21h-020.68; 29D-203.19; 30E-689.04; 30E-947.16; 30k-827.92; 30L-013.54; 34a-559.12; 51D-395.96; 88A-731.82; 88E-001.97; 98A-379.12; 99A-168.57; 99A-302.10; 99A-304.95; 99A-322.67; 99a-453.42; 99A-580.45; 99A-624.00; 99A-737.70; 99A-829.20; 99C-301.91; 99D-011.04; 99h-029.06; 99h-041.70; 99h-041.70; 99ld-026.56.
According to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP, car drivers will be fined VND400,000-600,000 for not complying with the commands and instructions of traffic signs and road markings.
Fines of VND 600,000 - VND 800,000 for drivers who violate the law by changing lanes in the wrong places or without warning signals or changing lanes incorrectly according to the regulation "each lane change is only allowed to change to one adjacent lane".
Drivers of cars turning left at a place with a sign prohibiting turn will be fined from VND 2,000,000 to VND 3,000,000.
If the car driver drives the wrong way and causes a traffic accident, he/she will be fined 20-22 million VND and have 10 points deducted from his/her driving license. With the above penalty, drivers need to pay close attention to the mistake of driving in the wrong lane and not complying with signs and road markings.
When paying the fine, the car driver must prepare the following documents: Vehicle registration, certificate of technical safety inspection and environmental protection, driver's license of the violator, citizen identification card of the violator (photocopy 1 copy of each type of document).
