Dong Nai Police said that from October 11 to October 20, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Dong Nai Provincial Police recorded 33 cases of vehicles violating the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety being fined.
Of which, the police recorded 32 cases of vehicles violating the red light violation as follows:

Previously, the Traffic Police Department, Hung Yen Provincial Police, said that from October 13 to October 19, the police recorded 2 cases of red light violations as follows: 18A-377.33; 89L-193.
People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND).
