Hung Yen Police said that according to the report of the Traffic Police Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police), from November 3 to November 9, through the exploitation of the surveillance camera system and the use of professional equipment, the traffic police force recorded many cases of vehicles violating the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety being fined. Of which, there are 7 cases where drivers violate the red light violation as follows:

Previously, Thanh Hoa Police announced the results of detecting vehicles violating traffic safety order through the security camera system for traffic order and safety (from October 6, 2025 to October 10, 2025).

The police warned that within 10 days from the date of violation, the Traffic Police Department would send a notice to the owner of the violating vehicle, the organization or individual involved in the administrative violation that is known and coordinate to resolve the matter according to regulations.
Within 20 days from the date of notification, the information of the violation will be posted on the website of the Traffic Police Department.
Within 30 days (from the date of violation), the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation must come to the one-stop department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police (No. 01 Do Huy Cu, Hac Thanh Ward, Thanh Hoa Province) or the Provincial Police headquarters (where of residence) to resolve the case.
After the above deadline, if the vehicle owner, organization or individual involved in the administrative violation does not come to resolve or the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Police has not received the notice of the results of the settlement, and handles the case, it will send a warning notice to the vehicle inspection agency.
People should note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND).
