Hung Yen Police said that according to the report of the Traffic Police Department (Hung Yen Provincial Police), from October 27 to November 2, through the exploitation of the surveillance camera system and the use of professional equipment, the traffic police force recorded 10 cases of vehicles violating the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety being fined. In which, all were errors in not complying with traffic light signals.
