According to the reflected content, at about 4:05 pm on March 14, the above-mentioned truck went against traffic in the area with the sign "No reversing".
After receiving information, implementing the direction of the Traffic Police Department on verifying and handling people's feedback sent through channels such as Zalo Director, Facebook Traffic Police Department and VNeTraffic application, the Traffic Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police directed Trang Bang Traffic Police Station to investigate.
On March 16, Trang Bang Traffic Police Station invited driver K.V. T. (resident of Chau Thanh commune, Tay Ninh province) - the driver of the vehicle to the headquarters to work. Here, the driver admitted to driving the vehicle in the opposite direction on the road section with the "No reversing" sign, as reflected by the people, and committed to complying with the handling according to regulations.
Based on the violation and case file, functional forces made a record of administrative violation against driver K.V. T. for the act of "going against traffic on a road with a no-going-country sign".
According to point d, clause 9, Article 6 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP of the Government, this act is fined from 18 to 20 million VND and 4 points will be deducted from the driver's license. For the above violation, the driver is fined 19 million VND.
