In terms of design, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS 992 has the typical style of a racing-oriented car line with a strongly developed aerodynamic package. The highlight is the large "swan neck" rear spoiler, integrated with an active adjustment mechanism to optimize pressure on the road surface at high speeds.
This system can automatically change the wing angle based on operating data or be manually controlled through a button on the steering wheel. This technology is inspired by the aerodynamic drag reduction system on Formula 1 racing cars.
The Weissach package adds many carbon fiber details to the exterior, and also equips parts made of carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) such as front and rear anti-overturning bars, rear axle trim and a rolling frame inside the cockpit. In addition, customers can choose super-light magnesium wheels to further reduce the car's weight.
The 992 generation Porsche 911 GT3 RS uses a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated 6-cylinder boxer engine, producing a maximum power of 518 horsepower. The car comes with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch gearbox and rear-wheel drive.
