Dak Lak - Functional agencies have handled a yellow license plate car driver for not giving way to a vehicle requesting to overtake, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety.

On August 11, Road Traffic Police Team No. 2, Traffic Police Department of Dak Lak Provincial Police said that the unit has verified and clarified the case of a car driver who did not give way to another vehicle to ask to overtake.

Through verification, the Traffic Police force identified Mr. N.V.D (residing in M'Drak, Dak Lak province) as the driver of car license plate 47H-11. xxx, who had the act of not giving way to the vehicle to ask to overtake when he had sufficient safety conditions.

After verification, the Traffic Police force made a record to handle violations according to regulations.

According to functional forces, not giving way to vehicles requesting to overtake when there are sufficient safety conditions is not only an act of violating traffic order and safety regulations but also poses a potential risk of collisions and accidents.

In particular, on national highways with high traffic volume, deliberately not giving way can be dangerous for vehicle drivers and other traffic participants.

The Traffic Police force recommends that vehicle drivers strictly comply with regulations, proactively observe, maintain a safe distance and create conditions for other vehicles to overtake when they meet safety conditions, contributing to limiting the risk of traffic accidents.
