Through inspection, the Traffic Police force determined that Mr. N had a driver's license but it was not suitable for the type of vehicle he was driving.
Driver N. was fined 19 million VND and the vehicle was temporarily seized for 7 days.
Expanding the handling, functional forces continued to make records for the vehicle owner, P.N Transport Cooperative, for the act of allowing people who do not meet the conditions according to regulations.
The vehicle owner was fined 58 million VND.
Thus, the total fine for the driver and vehicle owner is 77 million VND, and the vehicle is temporarily seized for 7 days.
