Tasco Auto cooperates with Ford Vietnam to expand electric vehicle charging infrastructure, enhancing green travel experience

On April 8, Tasco Auto and Ford Vietnam officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishing a strategic partnership in sharing electric car charging infrastructure, increasing convenience for users and jointly promoting the green transition roadmap of the Vietnamese automobile market.

Tasco Auto Joint Stock Company (Tasco Auto) - a business providing the "One-Stop Mobility Solution" comprehensive mobility solution ecosystem and Ford Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Ford Vietnam) - a globally renowned car brand, have officially established a synergistic relationship to optimize common resources, remove barriers, and help customers own and use new energy vehicles more easily.

As of April 2026, the two sides have owned a total of 32 operating DC charging stations. According to the roadmap, by the end of 2026, Tasco Auto is expected to complete the coverage of charging stations in the showroom system and works belonging to the Tasco ecosystem nationwide with more than 55 fast charging stations. Along with the investment of 34 charging stations from Ford Vietnam at key locations, it is recorded that by the end of 2026, this resonance network will bring 89 charging points, providing a continuous energy solution for customers on every journey.

“One-touch” digital service and experience privilege with VETC application

Superior utilities and customer experience. Not only stopping at developing physical infrastructure, the cooperation between Tasco Auto and Ford Vietnam focuses on digitizing the user experience.

Customers using new energy vehicles in the ecosystem of both sides will enjoy privileged utilities: Easy to locate, find charging stations and check the status of chargers and empty charge guns through the VETC application, helping to optimize travel routes; Take advantage of waiting time for charging to rest or handle work in the high-class waiting room space with full modern amenities and tea services accompanied by utilities in the showroom; integrate quick, cashless payment solutions through the VETC application, all car charging costs will be deducted directly into the VETC wallet, bringing maximum convenience to customers.

VETC - the unit sharing the Tasco ecosystem with Tasco Auto - with its position as a non-stop toll collection service provider with 4 million car owners, will be a digital platform to support Tasco Auto and Ford Vietnam car owners to have a seamless, fast and convenient experience in the charging and payment process.
