Understanding that, THACO AUTO has launched a series of events "Customer care with Kia experts" at 09 showrooms in 06 provinces and cities including: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong and Can Tho.
At the event, customers had a chance to directly discuss technical issues when operating their vehicles with Kia Asia's leading experts, including: Mr. Jay Park - Director of Kia Asia Pacific Parts Service; Mr. Choi Hyunggyu - Technical Expert of Kia Korea Corporation; Mr. Rosfazli Bin Mustaffa - Technical Expert of Kia Asia Pacific, and a team of Kia Vietnam experts.
Sharing at the event, Mr. Rosfazli Bin Mustaffa - Kia Asia Pacific technical expert said: “One of the things that customers are most interested in is how to properly use the modern safety features on Kia cars. We directly guide customers on how to activate and adjust the steering systems as well as answer other questions enthusiastically. Dedication, professionalism, creativity, and support are the spirit of our team in the process of striving to bring the best service to customers in Vietnam”.
In addition to learning about features, technology, and safe operation, customers are also guided by the Kia team on basic vehicle inspection and maintenance at home. In addition, methods for handling problems on the road such as: placing reflective panels, changing spare tires, boosting batteries, using keys when the battery runs out... are also simulated by the Kia team in real life, thereby helping customers equip themselves with more knowledge and feel more secure during the journey.
Coming to this event, customers can also visit specialized functional areas with modern machinery and equipment systems. Through this, customers can better understand the maintenance and repair process at the service workshop and the benefits of using genuine spare parts. In particular, customers can also have their vehicles inspected for free and have their spare parts repaired and replaced at preferential costs.
