Thai Nguyen provides 121 public cars, mobilizes 238 people to the commune level

Thai Nguyen province has mobilized a series of civil servants and public employees from provincial-level units to work in the commune, and at the same time approved the supply of many public cars to the commune level.

Informing reporters, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Huu - Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Thai Nguyen province said that up to now, the local government at both levels has basically operated stably and smoothly, serving people and businesses better and better, promoting socio-economic development, ensuring national security and defense.

To overcome the shortage of grassroots cadres and civil servants and increase human resources for communes and wards, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province issued Official Letter No. 1335 to supplement high-quality human resources to the grassroots with about 5% of civil servants and public employees from departments and branches being strengthened in communes and wards.

Civil servants and public employees selected with at least 10 years of working time, good political qualities, good ethics, guaranteed health and high professional capacity.

"The team of cadres of communes and wards in the province has quickly adapted and promoted a sense of responsibility, proactively arranging work to serve people in handling administrative procedures more quickly and effectively", said the Director of the Thai Nguyen Department of Home Affairs.

Also according to the Department of Home Affairs of Thai Nguyen province, 238 people have been transferred and received from provincial-level agencies and units to work at the commune level. Of which, in July and August alone, there were 158 people, including 43 accounting majors, 20 digital transformation majors, 7 land majors, 8 construction majors and other majors.

Thai Nguyen province also mobilizes and receives cadres between commune-level units - from places with surplus to places with shortage, or places with excess structure to places with shortage of structure and secondes them to commune-level civil servants.

Regarding facilities, Thai Nguyen province has arranged working headquarters, vehicles and equipment are also basically meeting the needs, ensuring that the process of performing functions and tasks is not affected. Thai Nguyen has approved the page for 121 cars for 92 communes and wards, basically meeting the requirements of performing tasks.

In addition to the mobilization of civil servants and public employees, the People's Council of Thai Nguyen province has passed a Resolution regulating support of 4 million VND/person/month including rent and travel expenses for cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers working at the administrative center of Thai Nguyen province.
