Nghe An Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 1809/QD-UBND on approving the plan to arrange, arrange, and handle public assets for the (new) commune-level government after the arrangement and organization of the 02-level local government apparatus in Nghe An province.
According to the above Decision, for specialized automobiles for special activities, the handling is based on the principle that any agency, organization or unit that is assigned to receive the task will receive the corresponding assets to continue performing the task.
For assets of cars for general work under the management of the district level: Temporarily assign commune-level units according to the arrangement plan that is granted with approval to continue to manage and use until the Government's regulations on standards and norms for the use of cars take effect.
