On July 21, Thanh Hoa police announced the list of fines from July 1, 2025 to July 10, 2025. Accordingly, owners of the following cars were fined for running red lights:

Previously, Bac Ninh Police said that from July 11, 2025 to July 17, 2025, the Traffic Police Department, Bac Ninh Provincial Police recorded 153 cases of traffic safety violations through the surveillance camera system in the whole province. The police note that the Law on Road Traffic Safety and Order, Decree 168/2024/ND-CP stipulating administrative sanctions for violations of road traffic safety and order; deduction of points, restoration of driving license points take effect from January 1, 2025.
Accordingly, some violations of road traffic safety order have increased fines compared to before, such as drivers running red lights being fined 18-20 million VND (old level was 4-6 million VND).
In order to effectively implement the newly issued laws, the traffic police forces of localities are actively implementing many synchronous measures, with the motto of focusing on both propaganda and strict handling.
