People or organizations that need to register their cars, motorbikes, or specialized motorbikes can choose to register their vehicles at the Traffic Police Department or any commune-level police station in the province or city where they are residing or have headquarters. For vehicles of confiscated origin, they must register with the Traffic Police Department.
For communes with part of the administrative boundary separated and merged with many new commune-level administrative units, while waiting for the completion of population data, the vehicle registration work for organizations and individuals in that commune will be carried out by the Traffic Police Department.
