During the patrol, the Traffic Police team stopped to inspect a truck with license plate 78H-027. xx at the National Highway 28 intersection, Ham Thuan commune, Lam Dong province.

Through inspection, it was determined that the truck was carrying goods exceeding the permitted tonnage (over 30% to 50%). Working with the Traffic Police, the driver declared his name as N.V.M. N (born 1984, residing in Khanh Hoa province).
At the time of inspection, the driver did not have a driver's license. Traffic police made a record for the driver for the above 2 violations.
Based on current regulations, the driver will be fined 23 million VND and deduct 2 points from the driver's license. The vehicle will be temporarily seized for 7 days.
Highway Traffic Police Team No. 6 also made a record against the vehicle owner for the act of allowing an unqualified worker to control the vehicle and commit the above-mentioned violation.
According to current regulations, vehicle owners will be fined 80 million VND and have their badge usage right revoked for 2 months.
The total amount of money that drivers and vehicle owners will be fined is 103 million VND.
