The Rocket GTS is based on the Mercedes-AMG SL platform, but has been transformed into a Shooting Brake with a full carbon fiber body. The parts are manufactured in an autoclave to ensure optimal strength and precision.
Body panels such as the roof, pillars, glass, fenders and rear doors are all handcrafted by Brabus. The body kit features exaggerated front fenders, a ventilated hood and sporty air intakes, giving the Rocket GTS a striking and powerful appearance.
The car also features a ducktail spoiler and diffuser. The Rocket GTS rides on Brabus Monoblock P Platinum Edition wheels, comes with a carbon spoiler to help cool the brakes, and a 4-sided titanium exhaust system with active exhaust flaps.
In terms of performance, the Rocket GTS uses a 4.5-liter twin-turbo V8 engine combined with an electric motor, creating a total capacity of 986 horsepower and 1,620 Nm of torque. Brabus has adjusted the torque to ensure safety for the 9-speed automatic transmission. The car is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds and reaching a maximum speed of 317 km/h.
The Rocket GTS interior also features the Brabus Masterpiece style with soft Alcantara leather and carbon details. The 2+2 seating increases space and comfort for the occupants.
Brabus has not yet revealed the production number of this limited Rocket GTS model. The first models are available on Brabus' official website with a price of 945,762 euros (about 25.2 billion VND).
