Accordingly, through verifying images of violations at the railway crossing, functional forces identified Mr. N.H. D (born in 1996, residing in Khanh Hoa) as the driver of the truck with license plate 79C-185.xx violating railway traffic safety regulations.
Specifically, on the afternoon of May 9, at Km1236+168 of the North - South railway line, passing through Dai Lanh commune, Khanh Hoa, driver N.H. D drove the vehicle across the level crossing when the red light warning for the train to arrive had turned on.
