The versions sold in the Vietnamese market are 333 km and 410 km with batteries of 31.9 kWh and 37.9 kWh respectively. In addition, the 203 km and 510 km versions will be sold by the company later.
The car battery used is the LFP type provided by the SAIC and Rept Battery Energy joint venture with IP67 dust and water resistance standards. Both versions come with a 3.3 kW portable charger that takes 9.5-12 hours to fully charge the battery depending on the power source.
However, according to information from the company, Wuling Bingo only takes 35 minutes to charge from 30-80% thanks to DC fast charging support.
These models use 1 electric motor, front-wheel drive with a capacity of 67 horsepower. The 333 km version has a torque of 150 Nm; the 410 km version has a torque of 125 Nm. The 333 km version has a maximum speed of 100 km/h and 130 km/h for the 410 km version.
The car has dimensions of 3,950 x 1,708 x 1,580 mm (length x width x height) and a wheelbase of 2,560 mm. Compared to the Suzuki Swift, Bingo is slightly longer and wider, but lower.
The Wuling Bingo model has a classic look, with many soft, rounded lines. The headlights are also equipped with LEDs in a teardrop shape, integrated with daytime running lights.
At the 410 km version, Wuling Bingo is equipped with light sensors and automatic wipers.
The interior is equipped with leather seats, 6-way power driver's seat and 2-spoke steering wheel. The digital dashboard is connected to a 10.25-inch entertainment touch screen. The rear seats can be folded down to increase the capacity to 790 liters, with 15 storage compartments in the car.
The company also introduced many other features including automatic air conditioning, electronic parking brake, one-touch windows and electrically adjustable and heated exterior mirrors. Wuling Bingo has 3 driving modes: Normal, Eco and Sport.
According to the company, the first two versions of Wuling Bingo will be delivered to customers from the end of December 2024 with prices of VND 399 million (333 km version) and VND 469 million (410 km version), respectively. The Bingo 203 km versions cost VND 349 million; Bingo SUV (Plus) 510 km costs about VND 569 million, expected to be delivered at the end of the first quarter of 2025.
However, in Vietnam, Wuling has not developed its own charging station system, so customers have to rely on home chargers. With Bingo, in addition to home chargers, the company also provides DC fast charging, but customers have to charge through a third party.
