On August 21, Lao Dong e-newspaper published an article "People worry that 360 billion VND road guardrails block the entrance to production areas in Ninh Binh". The article reflects the concern of people in Van Thang commune, Ninh Binh province that the installation of guardrails of the Project of road connecting from Ta Day dyke to old 57B road in Y Yen district (abbreviated as the 57B road connecting road project) will block the entrance to production areas, affecting cultivation.
Immediately after Lao Dong Newspaper reflected, the project investor, Ninh Binh Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 (abbreviated as Board 2), had an information report on the incident.
In addition, Board 2 also organized a conference, listened to and received people's opinions on the construction of the corrugated iron protection item section from Km3+919. 04 - Km5+44. 05 (the section from Tay canal bridge to Cat Dang station substation, Van Thang commune).
Regarding the above issue, in an exchange with a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Dinh Van Phuong - Director of Department 2 said that the unit and related parties have agreed on a construction plan for the corrugated iron fence of the road project connecting road 57B section passing through Van Thang commune.
The working minutes clearly stated, agreeing to adjust techniques, not to construct (remove) the corrugated iron protection item section from Km3+919. 04 - Km5+44. 05 (about 1.125km) to create conditions for travel, serving production and cultivation for people.
Accordingly, assigning the design consulting unit to urgently adjust the design for the above item to serve the appraisal and approval work in accordance with regulations.
For construction contractors and supervision consultants, based on the agreed content, adjusted design documents (after being approved) to continue construction, ensuring project quality and project disbursement progress.
On the side of Van Thang Commune People's Committee, continue to carry out propaganda and mobilize households to agree, creating favorable conditions for contractors to construct the remaining items of the project.
