The article clearly states the current situation of the Global Minus Company during the trial coal burning process, causing prolonged smoke, causing hundreds of households in Dao Kieu 1, 2 villages, Thinh Hung commune, Yen Binh district, to be upset.

On May 27, speaking with Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. La Tuan Hung - Vice Chairman of Yen Binh District People's Committee confirmed the above situation and said that the locality had issued a document requesting Van Hung Tea Joint Stock Company and global Coal and Mineral Joint Stock Company to immediately stop burning coal in the tea factory area. At the same time, it is recommended that the enterprise complete relevant legal procedures to implement the project in accordance with regulations before putting it into operation.

The Vice Chairman of Yen Binh District People's Committee added that global Quang Tu Coal Joint Stock Company signed a cooperation contract with Van Hung Tea Joint Stock Company from February 2024, to lease the location, but the contract did not clearly state the content of cooperation in production and business activities.

According to Mr. La Tuan Hung, the Global Coal and Mineral Joint Stock Company has not yet had an investment policy approved by the competent authority but has implemented the project. The land area of the global quantity Company is constructing a coal incinerator under the management of the Yen Bai Provincial Land Fund Development Center.

The company put the project into operation but did not have environmental procedures and also violated the construction of a coal incinerator without a construction permit according to regulations.

In response to the above violations, the People's Committee of Yen Binh district requested Van Hung Tea Joint Stock Company and the Global Coal and Mineral Joint Stock Company to immediately stop burning coal in the tea factory area. Complete relevant legal procedures to implement the project according to regulations.

However, during the handling process, there are still many difficulties and problems with legal procedures due to overlapping problems between the recovered land area of Van Hung Tea Joint Stock Company managed by the Provincial People's Committee. However, up to now, the assets on the land have not been compensated, and the land use right certificate has not been revoked and revised in accordance with regulations.

Currently, the People's Committee of Yen Binh district has reported to the People's Committee of Yen Bai province for direction to handle administrative violations of the two companies (Van Hung Tea Joint Stock Company and global Coal and Mineral Joint Stock Company) in accordance with the provisions of law.
