In addition to the fine, Mr. N.X.L also had his practice certificate revoked for 23 months.
Galant General Internal Medicine Clinic, a branch of Gcare Community Health Care Company Limited (2nd floor, No. 15, Lane 143 Trung Kinh, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District) was fined 4 million VND and had its doctor's practice certificate revoked for 2 months for not creating medical records and records according to the form prescribed by law.
Three establishments advertising cosmetics without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising as prescribed were fined 45 million VND each and forced to remove, dismantle, or delete incorrect advertisements.

Hanoi Clean Water Production and Trading Joint Stock Company No. 3 (8C Dinh Cong Trang, Phan Chu Trinh Ward, Hoan Kiem District) was fined VND 25 million for not publicly disclosing the results of water quality parameter tests as prescribed by law for each test as prescribed by law.
