Mr. N.X.L's medical examination and treatment facility (No. 205 Hoang Van Thai, Khuong Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District) was fined over 35 million VND for examining and treating patients beyond the scope of professional activities stated in the medical examination and treatment practice certificate; not following the diagnosis and treatment instructions of the practitioner. In addition to the fine, Mr. N.X.L also had his practice certificate revoked for 23 months.
Galant General Internal Medicine Clinic, a branch of Gcare Community Health Care Company Limited (2nd floor, No. 15, Lane 143 Trung Kinh, Trung Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District) was fined 4 million VND and had its doctor's practice certificate revoked for 2 months for not creating medical records and records according to the form prescribed by law.
Three establishments advertising cosmetics without having the content confirmed by a competent state agency before advertising as prescribed were fined 45 million VND each and forced to remove, dismantle, or delete incorrect advertisements.
They are MH Authentic Company Limited (6th floor, No. 2, Lane 49, Le Duc Tho, My Dinh 2 Ward, Nam Tu Liem District); Quang Nguyen Investment, Trade and Service Company Limited (Trung Duong Village, Kieu Ky Commune, Gia Lam District) and Phu Thuong Joint Stock Company Limited (No. 43, Thuong Thuy Street, Phu Thuong Ward, Tay Ho District).
Hanoi Clean Water Production and Trading Joint Stock Company No. 3 (8C Dinh Cong Trang, Phan Chu Trinh Ward, Hoan Kiem District) was fined VND 25 million for not publicly disclosing the results of water quality parameter tests as prescribed by law for each test as prescribed by law.
Mat Troi Pharmaceutical Import-Export Joint Stock Company (village 1, Dong My commune, Thanh Tri district) was fined 12 million VND for not having separate arrangements according to the law for storage of raw materials, finished products, preliminary processing, processing, packaging, toilets, hand washing, changing protective clothing and related auxiliary areas.

Phuong Hoang Restaurant and Event Company Limited (lot CX14-Linh Dam new urban area, Hoang Liet ward, Hoang Mai district) was fined 4 million VND for failing to ensure cross-contamination prevention between unprocessed and processed foods in the kitchen layout.
