Doctor with a doctorate in disadvantaged areas in Dak Nong receives maximum support of 460 million VND

Dak Nong - The Department of Health will support a maximum of 460 million VND for doctors with a doctorate degree to work in disadvantaged areas.

On June 7, the Dak Nong Provincial Department of Health announced that the unit had issued a plan to recruit doctors and nurses according to the attraction policy in 2025.

According to the plan, Dak Nong province needs to recruit 86 targets. Of which, the attraction position alone is 28 people. The recruitment subjects do not discriminate between doctors according to the address of use and the doctor's recruitment.

Notably, doctors with a postgraduate or specialist level II if recruited will receive a support of 400 million VND. In case of working in Tuy Duc district, Dak Glong and the Forensic Center or a unit in the field of psychiatry, the doctor will receive an additional support of 60 million VND.

For doctors with master's degrees, specialist I doctors, resident doctors; good graduate doctors; good graduate doctors; medium graduate doctors will receive maximum support of 430; 400; 340 and 200 million VND respectively...

The Dak Nong Department of Health also stipulates that for cases recruited and supported but not working for the prescribed time; two years of not completing the task or being handled by forced resignation... 200% of the previously received amount will be refunded.

As planned, the Dak Nong Department of Health will organize admission by competitive method, conducted in 2 rounds.
