According to the Ministry of Health, recently, document No. 2830/2025/TT-BYT has appeared on a number of social networking sites, dated August 10, 2025, signed and issued by Deputy Minister of Health Nguyen Thi Lien Huong, with the title "Index guiding the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of health stations of communes, wards and special zones under provinces and centrally run cities".
After reviewing, the Ministry of Health affirmed that there is no such document in the system of legal documents of the Ministry. This is a fake document, illegally using forms, signatures and seals to spread false information.
This behavior violates the law, seriously affects the reputation of state management agencies and can have negative impacts on the activities of the health sector.
The Ministry of Health requests that agencies, organizations, units and people only use and citate official documents posted on the Ministry's Electronic Information Portal.
In case of detecting documents with unusual signs, it is necessary to promptly contact the Ministry of Health or report to the authorities for verification and handling, while avoiding sharing and spreading unverified information.
Currently, the Ministry of Health is coordinating with competent authorities to investigate, verify and strictly handle this forgery according to the provisions of law.
