In the early days of April, at the construction site of Bao Yen Regional General Hospital next to National Highway 70, the construction atmosphere was bustling. On the building blocks, workers were divided into many fronts, focusing on paving, completing walls, ceilings and installing technical items.
Below, machinery and vehicles transporting materials operate continuously, creating a rush of construction, lasting from morning to afternoon.

Real-world records show that the rough construction of the entire project has been basically completed. Key items such as the technical and nghiệp vụ block, the medical examination and treatment area, the administrative building, the infectious diseases department, the anti-infection area... are being synchronously completed.
Many areas have entered the stage of installing doors, glass walls, electrical and water systems and auxiliary equipment.

Currently, the remaining workload focuses on completing the interior and installing technical systems in the house.
In parallel with that, external infrastructure items such as internal roads, ground leveling, and wastewater treatment systems are also being implemented to ensure the overall progress of the entire project.
Through research, Bao Yen Regional General Hospital has a total investment of 258 billion VND, a scale of 250 beds, including many items such as a complex building from 3 to 5 floors high, administrative area, treatment area, infectious disease department, infection control area and auxiliary works.

The project is undertaken by a consortium of Quang Sang Construction Investment Co., Ltd. - 19/8 Construction Co., Ltd. - Sterilization - Disinfection Co., Ltd. Construction. Implementation time is in the period 2022-2026.
Mr. Pham Dong Quy - representative of the supervision consulting unit said that the project has entered the final sprint stage. In the construction process, besides the requirements for progress, quality is always put first.
All items are strictly controlled from input materials to implementation procedures, to ensure that when put into operation, they will meet the requirements of a medical facility.

Talking to Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Le Quang Trung Hieu - Deputy Director of the Bao Yen Regional Construction Investment Project Management Board said that after a period of many difficulties, the project has now reached about 90% of the volume.
The investor is directing contractors to focus manpower, work overtime, and take advantage of favorable weather to accelerate progress, complete the remaining tasks, and strive to put the project into use in the third quarter of 2026.

When completed, the project is expected to contribute to reducing the burden on provincial-level medical facilities, while improving access to medical examination and treatment services for people in the old Bao Yen district area.
