Contributing to reducing pressure on the reception area, improving management efficiency and enhancing transparency in hospital fee collection, health insurance inspection and medical examination and treatment data management.
In addition, in case people forget to bring personal papers or health insurance cards, they can still register for medical examination through biometric identification.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Ngo Duc Tuan, Director of Dong Nai General Hospital, said that the "documentless medical examination" model through biometric identification will help patients reduce inconveniences when forgetting to bring personal papers or health insurance cards, while improving safety and accuracy in verifying patient information.
For hospitals, the system contributes to reducing pressure on the reception area, optimizing human resources, improving management efficiency and enhancing transparency in hospital fee collection, health insurance inspection and medical examination and treatment data management.
Putting the system into operation is a specific step to realize the goal of building digital hospitals and smart hospitals according to the direction of the Government, the Ministry of Health and the Dong Nai Department of Health.
