Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Dong Nai City Party Committee agreed on the policy on planning orientation along the Dong Nai River from Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach with 4 main contents.
That is, developing the Dong Nai riverside space in the direction of strong, synchronous and modern reconstruction, gradually forming the typical riverside urban appearance of Dong Nai city.
Research orientation to form a Dong Nai riverside road, with a scale of 8-10 lanes, as the main axis for developing riverside space. Some sections in the historical center of Bien Hoa can study suitable cross-sections.
Review, arrange and rebuild land use areas along the Dong Nai River, reorganize existing residential areas and works that are no longer suitable for long-term development orientation, combined with creating new development land funds.
Research the reorganization of the port and wharf system along the Dong Nai River, in a focused and reasonable direction; and consider converting functions for small, scattered or no longer suitable port areas for riverside urban development in the long term.
The Department of Construction of Dong Nai city has also issued a document to implement the conclusion of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on riverside planning orientation from Bien Hoa to Nhon Trach, sent to city departments and branches and People's Committees of communes and wards: Tran Bien, Bien Hoa, Tan Trieu, Long Hung, Tam Phuoc, Nhon Trach; An Phuoc, Dai Phuoc, Phuoc An, requesting city departments, branches, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards to deploy and thoroughly grasp the above-mentioned directions.
