At the 32nd Session (special session) of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council on June 26, the contents were considered, discussed and decided to contribute to ensuring the necessary conditions for the work of uniting the organization and apparatus to operate stably, effectively and efficiently from the first days.
At the same time, it is an important legal basis for the direction and operation of the Provincial People's Committee, promptly meeting urgent tasks and serving the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City in the coming time.
With a spirit of urgency, democracy and responsibility, the session passed 15 resolutions, focusing on practical issues such as: adjusting the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021-2025 and 2025; amending and supplementing fees and charges in accordance with the two-level government model; approving a number of zoning projects to build industrial parks in the area; stipulating policies to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to work in Hai Phong City after the merger.
Notably, the Provincial People's Council has passed a Resolution to support funding to attract 72 university doctors and pharmacists working at district-level Health Centers and commune-level Health Stations, recruited before 2025 but have never enjoyed the support policy under Resolution 25/2011/NQ-HDND. These officials are committed to working long-term in Hai Duong province.
The total support budget is 5.58 billion VND, drawn from the local budget according to the management decentralization. This is a meaningful policy, both demonstrating concern for the grassroots health sector and contributing to strengthening the frontline health care system in the context of restructuring the administrative apparatus.
The Hai Duong Provincial People's Council has held 32 regular and thematic sessions, unanimously approving 482 resolutions, creating an important legal foundation for the Provincial People's Committee to direct sectors and levels to effectively implement socio-economic development goals, ensure national defense and security and improve people's lives.
