The 32nd session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council worked for half a day to review, comment and decide on a number of important contents under its authority. This is the last thematic session before implementing the merger of administrative units according to the Central Government's policy.
Speaking at the opening session, Mr. Le Van Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation - emphasized that the 32nd thematic session is the final session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council to consider important local issues, which are also the last issues before the merger, contributing to the completion of the task of socio-economic development.
At the session, the Provincial People's Council focused on reviewing and deciding on tasks to ensure conditions for the reorganization of the apparatus, ensuring the operation of local governments to take place stably and effectively right from the first days after the merger with Hai Phong City.
The approved contents will also create an important legal corridor, serving the socio-economic development of the locality in the next phase.
The 32nd session of the Hai Duong Provincial People's Council took place in the context that the whole province is urgently implementing the final preparations to implement the policy of arranging administrative units and organizing a new apparatus from July 1, 2025.
