During the suspension period, the clinic is responsible for publicly announcing the suspension of operations to relevant agencies and organizations, posting at the facility and posting on the clinic's electronic information page.
The facility is only allowed to continue health examination when it fully meets the conditions of facilities, equipment, human resources and other necessary requirements, and is also licensed in writing by the Department of Health.
Meanwhile, Thinh Xuan Duong Traditional Medicine Clinic, at 199 Bui Sy Tiem, Dong Hung Commune, had its operating license revoked at the request of the facility. The decision takes effect immediately and this facility is not allowed to perform any medical examination and treatment activities from the date of issuance of the decision.
Hung Yen Department of Health also requires relevant agencies and organizations to coordinate in managing and supervising the time when the above facilities are temporarily suspended or have their licenses revoked, in order to ensure the safety of people and maintain the quality of medical services in the area.
The suspension and revocation of licenses is part of Hung Yen province's efforts to strengthen management and supervision of medical examination and treatment activities, while improving service quality and protecting the rights of people when using public health services.
