Head of the Department of Medical and Pharmaceutical Practice Management (Hung Yen Department of Health) Do Thanh Tung has just signed a document responding to the results of handling feedback and recommendations from people on medical examination and treatment activities at An Binh General Clinic, address 84 Lac Hong Phuc Urban Area, My Hao Ward, Hung Yen Province.
According to the document, after receiving the feedback, the Hung Yen Department of Health assigned the Department of Medical and Pharmaceutical Practice Management to coordinate with specialized departments and relevant agencies to conduct an inspection at this facility.
Through inspection, the authorities discovered that An Binh General Clinic had many violations, including: medical examination and treatment activities not in accordance with the licensed organization form; not implementing or not fully implementing infection control measures at the facility; not storing records and medical records according to regulations; not reporting to competent state agencies in case of changing practitioners according to legal regulations.

The Hung Yen Department of Health has administratively fined An Binh General Clinic VND 57 million and applied an additional penalty of revoking the right to use the clinic's Medical Examination and Treatment License for a period of 5 months.
Along with that, the Hung Yen Department of Health issued a document requesting the People's Committee of My Hao Ward to coordinate and supervise the suspension of medical examination and treatment activities of this clinic. If violations are detected, there must be measures to handle or propose handling according to regulations.
Previously, on October 14, Hung Yen Department of Health received a petition from people reflecting on the medical examination and treatment activities of An Binh General Clinic.
An Binh General Clinic belongs to Hung Yen International Hospital Company Limited and is licensed to operate medical examination and treatment from January 17, 2025.
