The outbreaks are mainly concentrated in small-scale livestock farming households, with limited epidemic prevention conditions, and failure to fully comply with biosafety measures.

To respond, the agricultural sector and local authorities have simultaneously deployed urgent solutions: isolating outbreaks, periodically disinfecting and disinfecting, strictly controlling the transportation of animals and animal products.

The veterinary force has increased supervision and monitoring of the situation, in order to minimize the risk of the epidemic spreading to other areas.
