Accordingly, on May 16, the Government Office issued Document No. 4272 announcing the direction of Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long on the proposal of the People's Committee of Nghe An province related to the Project "Developing Vinh city into a specialized medical center in the North Central region for the period 2025 - 2030, with a vision to 2045".
Accordingly, the Deputy Prime Minister basically agreed with the proposal to extend the time to submit to the Prime Minister for approval of this project, postponing it after the completion of the arrangement and reorganization of administrative units at all levels and building a model of organizing local governments at two levels, in accordance with the practical situation.
The Deputy Prime Minister requested Nghe An Provincial People's Committee to coordinate closely with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Health to prepare the scheme dossier, ensuring the progress and quality as prescribed. The content needs to follow the planning of Nghe An province in the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050, as well as planning the health network network in the same period.
At the same time, Nghe An province is assigned to coordinate with the Ministry of Finance to synthesize the adjusted and updated contents in the Government's Action Program to implement Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW of the Politburo on the development of Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The Government Office has sent a notice to the People's Committee of Nghe An province and relevant ministries and branches for implementation.
