On May 21, the Food Safety Department announced that it had just issued decisions to revoke the validity of the Certificate of Receipt of registration of health protection food product declaration for a number of products of many enterprises across the country.
The Department has revoked the validity of the Certificate of receipt of product declaration registration for 10 health protection food products issued by Nam Viet Biotechnology Joint Stock Company. The company is located at Lot A3-A4, Small and Medium Industrial Cluster, Dien Phu Commune, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province.
In addition, the Food Safety Department also revoked the validity of the Certificate of receipt of product declaration No. 8397/2020/DKSP dated August 31, 2020 of the health protection food product SADI SLIM PLUS published by Hoang Huy Organic Trading and Development Company Limited. The company's headquarters is located at No. 6, Lane 565, Lac Long Quan Street, Xuan La Ward, Tay Ho District, Hanoi.
In addition, the Department also revoked the validity of the Certificate of receipt of registration of product declaration No. 3198/2021/DKSP dated April 9, 2021 of the health protection food product CHOCODIET previously registered by Loewy Brand Company Limited. Currently, this enterprise has changed its name and address to Staywell Trading Company Limited, with a new head office at 100/46 Street No. 3, Ward 8, Go Vap District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The revocation of product declaration registration certificates is to ensure compliance with food safety regulations, protect consumer rights and improve product quality on the market.
