On August 22, An Hoi Ward People's Committee launched the 90-day and night campaign for periodic health check-ups or free screening for people in the area in 2026. The activity aims to detect diseases early and manage the health of the entire population.
According to the plan, centralized examinations will be implemented from August 22 to before the National Day holiday 2. 9. After the holiday, examination activities will continue from September 5 - 18 at schools in the ward.
After that, the health sector organizes examinations in all 18 neighborhoods, and is expected to complete the campaign by the end of October 2026. People are examined, screened, consulted on nutrition, exercise, disease prevention and health monitoring instructions when abnormal signs are detected.

Notably, after centralized examinations, the ward continues to review vulnerable cases, those in difficult circumstances or those who do not have the conditions to participate to organize health check-ups and screenings at home. Thereby, limiting the situation of people missing the opportunity to have periodic health check-ups.
Mr. Bach Nhu Yen - Vice Chairman of An Hoi Ward People's Committee said that periodic health check-ups and screening are important in assessing health status, early identification of risk factors and proactive disease prevention.
When abnormal signs are detected, people are guided for examination, treatment and appropriate health management. This contributes to improving the effectiveness of primary health care, helping people proactively monitor and protect their health.
Through the 90-day and night campaign, An Hoi ward mobilized the involvement of the entire political system to review and update people's health information. This is also the basis for gradually forming and completing electronic health records.
The implementation of home examinations for difficult cases that do not have the conditions to participate in centralized campaigns contributes to expanding the coverage of the campaign, aiming at the goal of managing universal health and improving the quality of health care from the grassroots level.
