The ringleader was identified as Huynh Duc Van, residing in Hoa Cuong ward, Da Nang city.
Through the process of collecting and analyzing information, documents and electronic data, the police agency determined that the subjects had appropriated a large amount of digital assets from investors, including more than 1,880 BTC, more than 37,000 ETH and nearly 2.7 million USDT, equivalent to about 2,000 billion VND according to the converted value at the time of determination.
