On June 10, information from Tuyen Quang Provincial Police said that this unit had verified and drawn up a record of administrative violations against two young men living in Yen Son town for the act of wheezing a motorbike while participating in traffic.
In which, Dong Minh P. (born in 2009, residing in Lang Quan residential group) violated the following violations: People aged 16-18 years old driving a motorbike; driving a motorbike on one wheel; not wearing a rearview mirror; not wearing a helmet; carrying passengers on the vehicle without a helmet and not completing procedures to issue a vehicle registration certificate and license plate in case of changing the vehicle owner.
Tran Phuong N. (born in 2010, residing in Lang Chau residential group) violated the law by being carried on a vehicle without a helmet.
Dong Minh P.'s act of wheelie on a motorbike will result in the confiscation of his vehicle according to Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 26, 2024 of the Government.
Previously, the behavior of the two young men was discovered by the Traffic Police Department through the social network Facebook.
