Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee, Hanoi City has just announced the policy on implementing the compensation, support, and resettlement project to serve the Phu Thuong Ward Public Park construction investment project.
According to the Decision of the Hanoi City People's Committee, the project is implemented to accelerate the progress of site clearance, create conditions to soon invest in building a public park according to the plan, contributing to completing the landscape space and urban infrastructure of the area.
The project has a land use scale of about 19.99 ha, with a total estimated investment of about 1,727 billion VND, and the completion time is in the second quarter of 2026.
Based on the Land Recovery Notice of the Ward People's Committee, the project is to recover land for 79 households, individuals and organizations with a total expected area of about 199,889 m2 in Phu Thuong ward.
The land recovery area is mainly located in alleys 148, 150 An Duong Vuong street and related areas according to the boundaries identified in technical documents and planning drawings.
The purpose of land recovery is to serve compensation, support, and resettlement to implement the public park project - a project of great significance in improving the living environment, increasing green space area, serving the needs of living, playing, and entertainment of people in the area.
The project implementation plan is implemented synchronously, in which investigation, survey, measurement, and inventory work will be carried out from March 2026; compensation, support, and resettlement work is expected to be carried out from March 2026 to June 2026; land recovery progress will be completed in Quarter II/2026.
The Ward People's Committee requests organizations, households, and individuals with land subject to recovery to seriously coordinate with functional agencies in investigating, surveying, measuring, counting, determining the origin of land and assets attached to land to develop compensation, support, and resettlement plans in accordance with regulations. In case of non-coordination, functional agencies will conduct mandatory counting according to the provisions of law.
At the same time, the Ward Investment - Infrastructure Project Management Board and related units are responsible for organizing the correct implementation of procedures, ensuring publicity, transparency, and policy compliance, preventing losses and negativity, and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of the people.
Phu Thuong Ward People's Committee announces to relevant organizations and individuals to know and coordinate implementation, contributing to ensuring the project is implemented on schedule and effectively, serving socio-economic development and improving the quality of life of people in the area.
