The International Nursing and Nursing Vocational Training Center project in Tan Phong town area (ancient Quang Xuong district, now Luu Ve commune) was approved for investment policy by Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee in 2014.
The project is invested by Son Thai Thanh Trading and Service Construction Co., Ltd. (now Son Thai Thanh Group Investment JSC), with an area of more than 50,000m2, total investment of about 670 billion VND.
Initially, the project was expected to train high-quality medical human resources for the locality, serving domestic and foreign work needs. However, after many extensions to complete legal procedures, by 2018, the investor only started leveling the ground and constructing some items. After that, the project suddenly stopped.
After a long period of abandonment, the investor continued to build some more items but the progress was slow, causing waste of land resources.
Faced with the above situation, recently, Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee issued a notice of land recovery for the International Nursing and Nursing Vocational Training Center project in Luu Ve commune invested by Son Thai Thanh Group Investment Joint Stock Company. The recovered land area is over 50,000m2.
The notice of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also clearly stated that the reason for land recovery is that the project violated land law. Therefore, it is requested that Son Thai Thanh Group Investment Joint Stock Company and organizations and individuals with related rights and obligations handle assets on land within 45 days from the date of receiving the recovery notice.
Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned Luu Ve Commune People's Committee to publicly post the land acquisition notice at the headquarters; organize the handover and make a handover record of the land acquisition notice of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to Son Thai Thanh Group Investment Joint Stock Company.
