On August 11, the People's Committee of Tran Bien Ward has just decided to approve the compensation and support plan when the state reclaims land to implement the project to convert Bien Hoa 1 industrial park into a service urban area and improve the environment (phase 1), with a total area of 293,698 m2, a total amount of over 350 million VND, mainly compensation and support for crops.
Specifically: Bibica factory - Bibica Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa Electronics Joint Stock Company, Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Company, Vinh Phu Transport Development Investment Joint Stock Company, Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company, Bien Hoa Food Mechanical and Construction Joint Stock Company, Dong Nai Traffic Construction Joint Stock Company, Dong Nai Brick and Tile Joint Stock Company, Tan Phat II Private Enterprise, Tan Mai Wood General Joint Stock Company.
The project to convert Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment reclaims 329 hectares of land.
Of which, the province prioritizes the pre-reclaimment of 154 hectares to build the Dong Nai Political - Administrative Center and auction.
To date, in the priority area of the functional sector, more than 90 hectares of land have been reclaimed, ensuring enough clean land to start the Dong Nai Political - Administrative Center in September 2025.
In Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, there are 68 enterprises in operation, the Dong Nai Province Land Fund Development Center has completed the confirmation of the land origin of all enterprises; basically completed the draft compensation and support plan for enterprises.
In addition, in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, there are 355 households, so far the number of cases of house demolition and relocation has reached over 90%.
Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park was established in 1963, the oldest industrial park in Vietnam. This industrial park is located in a prime location, adjacent to National Highway 1A, National Highway 51, Dong Nai River.
