The project to convert Bien Hoa Industrial Park 1 into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment reclaims 329 hectares of land.
Of which, the province prioritizes the pre-reclaimment of 154 hectares to build the Dong Nai Political - Administrative Center and auction.
To date, in the priority area of the functional sector, more than 90 hectares of land have been reclaimed, ensuring enough clean land to start the Dong Nai Political - Administrative Center in September 2025.
With the area currently used by the family, in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, there are 355 households living interspersed, up to now, 323 cases have had their houses demolished and relocated (reaching a rate of more than 90%).
