Dong Nai Land Fund Development Center said that part of Bibica Bien Hoa Factory - Bibica Joint Stock Company (area 3.48 ha) has relocated 2 production lines; Mien Dong Joint Stock Company (area 1.22 ha) has relocated and cleared the site; Tan Mai Group Joint Stock Company (17.7 ha) has dismantled part of its assets; Bien Hoa Consumer Goods Joint Stock Company has started dismantling since June 16...
Currently, the functional sector is continuing to complete documents and procedures to compensate, support, and mobilize the remaining enterprises to soon dismantle factories and relocate.
With the area currently used by the family, in Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, there are nearly 355 households living interspersed, so far there are 323 cases of demolished houses and relocated (reaching a rate of more than 90%). The authorities are stepping up the mobilization of people to relocate. In case people do not voluntarily relocate, the authorities will carry out enforcement.
According to the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province, to implement the Project to convert Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park into an urban - commercial - service area and improve the environment, Dong Nai needs to relocate all businesses and households out of Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, reclaiming 329 hectares of land.
In which the province prioritizes the pre-reclaimment of 154 hectares to build the Dong Nai Political - Administrative Center and auction.
To date, in the priority area of the functional sector, more than 90 hectares of land have been reclaimed, ensuring enough clean land to start the Dong Nai Political - Administrative Center in September 2025.
In Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park, there are 68 enterprises operating. Up to now, the Land Fund Development Center of Dong Nai province has completed the confirmation of the land origin of all enterprises; basically completed the draft compensation and support plan for enterprises.
Regarding the relocation period, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to carry out the task of compensation and site clearance for enterprise organizations within the scope of the Project, with completion time before August 1, 2025.
Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park was established in 1963, the oldest industrial park in Vietnam. This industrial park is located in a prime location, adjacent to National Highway 1A, National Highway 51, Dong Nai River.
