The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the 2025 land use plan of Hoang Mai district with a total of 116 projects, covering an area of 356.86 hectares. This plan plays an important role in upgrading infrastructure and improving the living environment for district residents.
In the list, important traffic projects stand out such as the project to upgrade and expand Tam Trinh Street with an area of 11.37 hectares, the Minh Khai - Vinh Tuy - Yen Duyen route connecting the section from Ring Road 2.5 to Ring Road 3 (8.4 hectares) and the route connecting Dong Tau urban area to Giai Phong Street (1.67 hectares). These projects are expected to reduce traffic congestion and improve connectivity between areas in the district.
The education sector is also given priority with construction projects such as Yen So Primary School (1.44 ha), Linh Nam Kindergarten (0.84 ha) and Vietnam - Poland High School (2.96 ha). These projects not only expand the scale but also improve the quality of education, meeting the increasing demand for learning.
The district also focuses on developing urban landscapes with renovation projects such as parks and flower gardens in the district according to phase 2 (11.1 hectares) and the Uncle Ho Fish Pond area in Yen So ward (2.1 hectares). These projects aim to improve the environment and create a green and modern living space for residents.
Public service works such as the headquarters of the Dai Kim Ward Military Command (0.067 ha) and the headquarters of the Tan Mai Ward People's Committee (0.151 ha) are also included in the plan, to meet local administrative and management needs.
The People's Committee of Hoang Mai District is assigned to organize the public disclosure of the plan, closely monitor the implementation process and promptly report to the Hanoi People's Committee any arising cases for additional approval. The synchronous implementation of the 2025 land use plan will contribute to improving the quality of life and promoting the comprehensive development of the district.
