The Compensation and Support Council for Site Clearance of the Project to invest in the construction of the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10, Phu Lien ward, organizes the payment of compensation and support money to households with residential land within the project implementation scope. 12 households are paid this time with a total amount of 10,670,000,000 VND. Payment work is implemented publicly, in accordance with regulations, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of households.
To date, out of a total of 211 households with residential land subject to recovery for project implementation, the Compensation and Support Council for site clearance of the Project to invest in the construction of the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10, Phu Lien ward has approved compensation and support plans for 136 households, with a total recovered area of 13,148 m2 and a total budget of 243.733 billion VND. Of which, payments have been completed to 85 households with a total amount of more than 125.5 billion VND.
The investment project to build the road connecting National Highway 5 with National Highway 10 section passing through Kien An area (Kien An ward, Phu Lien and Kien Thuy commune) was started on May 14, 2026.
The total investment of the project is 5,273.435 billion VND from the city budget, implemented until 2029. After completion and commissioning, the project will create a new road connecting National Highway 10, National Highway 37 to the city center; reduce traffic volume on National Highway 10, and gradually complete the city's transport infrastructure infrastructure system.
Along with that, forming space, developing urban infrastructure framework, attracting domestic and foreign investment capital to invest in economic development in the area; creating a premise to promote socio-economic development of the city.
